By using Drakio (drakio.app) you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Drakio is a digital referee that uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about board game rules. Answers are AI-generated and may contain errors or inaccuracies.Drakio is a reference tool and does not replace the game's official rulebook, nor does it constitute a binding ruling in tournaments or competitions.

• To save game history, favorites and ratings you need to create an account with email and password.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.

• Guests (no account): up to 10 questions per day.
• Free plan: up to 100 questions per month.
• Pro plan: coming soon — unlimited questions and other extra features. We'll email you when it's available.

We reserve the right to adjust these limits to keep the service available for everyone.

You may not:

• Use Drakio for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to overload, attack, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Scrape or automatically extract content without authorization.
• Post comments or suggestions that are offensive, defamatory, or infringe on third-party rights.

Rules summarized and quoted in Drakio belong to their respective publishers and designers. We use them for reference and informational purposes for players; Drakio does not claim ownership over those rulebooks or the trademarks of the games mentioned.

Drakio is provided "as is", with no guarantees of accuracy, continuous availability, or error-free operation. We are not liable for in-game decisions based on the referee's answers, nor for losses arising from use or inability to use the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Drakio, and update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date.

You can stop using Drakio and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing cogo.carlos.a@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
