Drakio (drakio.app) is a digital AI referee for board games. For any privacy questions, email us at cogo.carlos.a@gmail.com.

• Account data: name and email address when you sign up.
• Questions to the referee: the text (and images, where that feature is available) you send during a game session.
• Usage data: tracked games, results, scores, favorite games, ratings and comments you post.
• Technical data: anonymous session identifier (if not logged in), preferred language, and technical error logs for diagnostics.

• Provide the service: answer your rules questions using artificial intelligence.
• Store your game history and stats so you can view them later.
• Apply the usage limits that correspond to your plan (Free or Pro).
• Improve Drakio: spot errors and understand which games matter most to the community.

We don't sell your information. We only share it with providers that help us run Drakio:

• OpenAI — processes the text (and images, if applicable) of your questions to generate the referee's answers.
• Supabase — stores your account, games, favorites, ratings and comments.
• Upstash (Redis) — temporarily stores your chat session history (automatically deleted after 24 hours).
• Resend — sends account emails (verification, password reset).
• Vercel — hosts the application and provides anonymous usage analytics (Vercel Analytics).

• A session's chat history is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
• Games, results, favorites, ratings and comments are kept for as long as your account exists.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing cogo.carlos.a@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in (Supabase) and to remember your preferred language. We also use the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember which games you joined as a guest.

Drakio is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
